Any and all prices are subject to change without notice and will be those in effect at the time of shipment.

Running Board Central shall NOT be liable for any delay in delivery or for any failure to deliver due to (1) strikes or other labor disputes, accidents to machinery, shortages of raw materials, delays in transportation or lack of transportation facilities, (2) holiday/scheduled shutdowns, or (3) any cause beyond the control of Running Board Central.
 

Running Board Central's responsibility for shipment ceases with acceptance by the carrier.  If any goods called for on bill of lading are shorted &/or damaged, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility NOT to accept them until the freight agent makes a corresponding notation on your freight bill.  Thoroughly inspect the shipment as soon as it is received.  Running Board Central is NOT responsible for loss or damages, concealed or otherwise, when you give the carrier’s agent a clear delivery receipt.

Part 1:  All goods sold hereunder are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  NO MERCHANDISE IS TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION (RGA#.)  Defective goods returned as authorized by Running Board Central will be credited to Purchaser’s account, replaced, or repaired, but Running Board Central shall NOT be liable for any other loss, damage or expense including consequential damages, directly or indirectly arising from the condition or use of the goods or from any other cause.  This includes all forms of freight.  NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR LABOR OR WARRANTY WORK WILL BE GIVEN TO PURCHASER FOR ANY REASON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.


Part 2:  All goods sold hereunder are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  NO MERCHANDISE IS TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION (RGA#.)  If /when purchaser is/are returning product for refund (return to stock,) there will be a minimum of a 25% restocking fee deducted from payback.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Restocking fee will also increase 10% every 30 days; and up to 90 days.  After said time, no returns will be authorized.  Freight will also be the total responsibility of the Purchaser for all returned product.  If an upgrade in shipping or RUSH shipping was needed, that must also be deducted from return amount.  Minimum amount for premium shipping is $60.  RUSH shipping amount not to acceed $120.  Maximum amount can only apply to these states, which include CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV, LA, FL, GA and TX. 

This coincides with above stated:  It is the Purchaser’s sole/total responsibility to furnish all part numbers for all product on their purchase orders - verbal or written.  If incorrect part numbers are given or full information was not shared, all returns are null and void and are up to the descresion of Running Board Central.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please make sure ALL written information is correct that is stated on the invoice that was emailed, mailed or faxed over.  If any part number, any inormation or any description is incorect, this must be corrected prior to shipment being signed for and received or all returns will be null and void; or subject to a higher restocking fee, not to exceed 40%.
